A Conscious Circle is a group, sometimes just two or three people, who check in honestly, on a regular rhythm. Whether over a group chat or in-person at a meeting spot, everyone takes a moment to share how they’re doing across four core areas: mind, body, heart, and soul. Think book club, for reflection and living off autopilot. You share your truth, and hear others. A deeper way of connecting that we’re relearning.

The pace of life is accelerating. We are busy, keeping it together, and answering "good" without really checking. Little by little we drift onto autopilot and start performing our lives instead of living them. A circle is a standing invitation to slow down and come back to what's real, with people who do it alongside you.
It does two beautiful things at once.
It gets you off autopilot. "How am I, really?" is a simple but powerful question that returns your attention inwards, and from there you have the agency to steer it. The first step is taking back control of your own attention, which has become an art in a world racing forward.
It brings you closer to the people you love. We talk all day and rarely go beyond the surface. When you share how you really are, room for real connection opens up between you. You wake up to life around you. And we were always meant to grow together, to walk each other home.
This is the heart of it. One person goes at a time, answers four honest questions, and everyone else just listens. Then the next person. You're checking in on the four parts of you, the good and the hard, whatever's true today.
Mind. How am I mentally?
What's taking up space up there. An anxious thought on a loop, an idea you're excited about, a decision you're sitting with, or a clear and quiet inner voice.
Body. How am I physically?
Your energy and your body. Rested or run down, tense or loose, strong, restless, calm. It always has something to tell you.
Heart. How am I emotionally?
The real feeling, not just "fine." Grateful, excited, anxious, lonely, lit up, numb, or all of it at once. Just name what feelings are moving through you.
Soul. How am I spiritually?
How connected you feel, to your deeper self, to the people around you, to the world you’re a part of. Whether life feels full of meaning right now, or a little flat.
